Information needed for your shoot
When you press Book now, we collect your WhatsApp number and your permission to contact you about the shoot, as explained beside the button. Your selected package, arrival preference and the form used may accompany the request. Name, occasion and preferred date are optional details that can be discussed later. The studio uses these details to follow up and prepare a quote. An enquiry does not reserve a creator or take a payment. Contact permission for an enquiry is separate from optional advertising or promotional messages.
When you send a booking request, we collect your name, mobile number, occasion, package, style preference, requested date and time, venue address and pincode, optional notes, policy acceptance and quote details. We use this information to check serviceability, arrange your creator, communicate about the booking, and manage payment, delivery, cancellation and refunds.
We use location and routing services to check road travel to the venue. Your creator needs relevant shoot and access details to carry out the booking. Our hosting, database and operational providers process information needed to deliver their services.
Your private booking link
A private access token protects the customer status page. Your browser can store this token so you can return to the booking on the same device. Anyone with the complete private link can view the booking information it opens. Do not post it publicly or send it to anyone who should not see those details.
Necessary storage
Necessary storage remembers your privacy choices and provides access to your private booking status. The dispatcher uses authentication storage to sign in. These functions are required for the website and do not depend on optional measurement consent.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, we may measure visits and actions such as viewing packages, starting a booking and sending a request. A randomly generated first-party identifier helps connect events in the same customer journey. Consenting campaign attribution may include a source, medium and campaign name. Analytics do not receive your name, phone number, exact venue address, free-text notes or private booking access token.
Optional advertising measurement
If you allow advertising measurement, configured Google or Meta tools may measure eligible website interactions and campaign performance. Advertising click identifiers may be stored with consenting attribution. Consented event matching may process your browser User-Agent, a public page URL without its query or fragment, and a random first-party identifier. Our server advertising events do not share your phone number, IP address or venue address. Browser and server events follow the relevant consent choice; server delivery does not bypass it.
We distinguish a WhatsApp click, an actual enquiry, a confirmed booking and a verified deposit. Clicking a link is not treated as proof that a message arrived, a booking was confirmed or money was received. We do not export an occasion as a sensitive audience label.
Your choices
You can allow or reject optional analytics and advertising separately through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Necessary-only browsing and booking remain available. If you change your choice, future optional tracking follows the updated preference. Changing the choice does not recall events already sent while consent was enabled.
Optional WhatsApp updates have a separate checkbox in the booking form. Leaving it unticked does not affect your booking. You can ask the studio to stop these messages at any time.
No device fingerprinting or inferred-wealth pricing
We do not use device fingerprinting to identify you. Your quote depends on explicit booking factors such as package, date, travel and express arrival; it does not change because of your device, inferred wealth, religion, pregnancy or repeated visits.
Portfolio and filming
Booking a shoot does not automatically allow public use of your reel. We seek separate permission before displaying customer work or testimonials. Tell us before shooting if any guest or area must stay out of frame.
Information requests and retention
Booking and transaction records are kept for the operational and record-keeping needs of the service. Contact the studio through the booking contact channel to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy question. Some records may need to be retained to complete a booking, resolve a payment issue or meet applicable obligations. Avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information in free-text notes.
