Your package and full quote
Mini includes a 30-minute on-location shoot and one edited 15–30 second reel. Plus includes a 60-minute shoot and two edited 15–30 second reels. Both include delivery of the edited reels within 24 hours of the shoot and one minor revision. Share your essential moments and style preferences before the shoot so the available shoot time can be used well.
The package price, travel fee, express fee, total, deposit and remaining balance appear in your quote before you send a booking request. Your accepted quoted price is retained; later changes to our standard prices do not alter it. If you request a different package, location or time, the studio must confirm any revised arrangements and price with you.
Requests, holds and the ₹500 deposit
A quote or booking request does not reserve a creator. The dispatcher first checks availability and accepts your request. Once a creator is held, payment instructions appear on your private status page. A hold lasts up to 15 minutes and never beyond the promotional payment deadline when a promotional price applies.
The ₹500 deposit is credited to your total. The remaining balance is due before the shoot. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is verified and the slot remains available. A screenshot, typed transaction reference or submitted request is not payment verification.
If a hold expires, do not pay against the expired instructions. Payments received too late, or when the agreed booking can no longer be fulfilled, require review. The studio must resolve a refund or an alternative you explicitly accept; it cannot silently increase your price or confirm an unavailable shoot.
The November 2026 festival offer
The festival offer is available for shoots starting on 6, 7 or 8 November 2026 in India Standard Time. The deposit transaction must occur before the quote or accepted hold expires and before 8 November 2026, 12:00 midnight IST (the end of 7 November). Verification may happen later, but the bank transaction time must meet the deadline. The server’s clock is authoritative.
During the eligible offer, the default package prices are ₹1,699 for Mini and ₹2,999 for Plus. Standard default prices are ₹1,999 and ₹3,499. Current displayed prices and your server-issued quote govern your request. Once the deadline passes, new eligible bookings use standard rates; an earlier valid accepted quote is not silently repriced.
Travel and service area
The first 10 road km from the named, fixed service base in your quote are included. Extra travel is ₹20 × the number of additional road kilometres, rounded up. This single travel fee covers both directions. The customer’s travel charge does not change because a creator’s current location changes. Any configurable rate change is shown in a new quote before you book.
Online booking and express arrival are limited to supported Pune and PCMC locations. Pincode, route and creator checks determine availability. Outstation locations need a manually confirmed estimate before payment is requested.
Express arrival
One-hour and two-hour options refer to the creator’s arrival after booking confirmation. They do not shorten edited delivery, which remains within 24 hours of the shoot. Express is offered only when the creator’s recent location, traffic-aware route, working hours and surrounding commitments support the target, including a dispatch margin.
During an eligible festival quote, the default two-hour express fee is ₹0 and one-hour fee is ₹199. Standard default express fees are ₹499 for two-hour arrival and ₹749 for one-hour arrival. Your quote shows the applicable fee.
Customer cancellations
- Scheduled shoot: cancel at least two hours before the agreed start time for a refund of the ₹500 deposit. If you cancel less than two hours before, the deposit is retained.
- Express shoot: customer cancellation retains the ₹500 deposit, including when the express fee is ₹0.
- Send cancellation requests directly to the studio through your booking contact channel. The dispatcher records the cancellation and any refund due on your private status page.
Provider failure and a missed express target
If PalNama cancels or cannot fulfil the agreed booking, all money collected for that booking is refundable.
If an express target is missed and you accept the delayed shoot, the express surcharge is refunded. If you decline the delayed service before shooting begins, all payments for that booking are refundable. When the promotional express surcharge was ₹0, there is no surcharge amount to refund if you accept the delay.
Refund status
Your status page distinguishes a refund due from a refund marked processed by the studio. For a manually processed refund, the studio records the external transaction details. A manual record is not proof that a payment gateway processed a refund or that your bank has settled it. Check your payment account and contact the studio if a recorded refund is not received.
Privacy, permissions and your film
Let your guests know a creator will be filming and arrange any venue permissions required for your chosen location. Your booking does not automatically permit us to publish your film as a portfolio example or testimonial. We seek separate permission for public use.
